Ideal Digital Banking is a combination of all the tools available to you for managing your accounts at Ideal Credit Union. Whether you are at home or on the go using your mobile device or smartphone, we've got you covered.
Enroll in eStatements
Below are the steps to subscribe to eStatements in Digital Banking on your desktop
- Log-in to Digital Banking
- Click on Accounts in menu and select Documents
- On the Overview tab, Click Subscribe
- View disclosure, Click 'I Agree'
- Follow PDF Access Confirmation steps
- Click Subscribe
Simple steps to enroll using the Mobile App on your mobile device.
- Log-in to Mobile Banking from your device
- Click on More from the Menu at the bottom of the screen
- Click on Accounts and Select Documents
- Click on Settings
- Click on Subscribe
- Click the 'I Agree' Box
- Click Open PDF in blue writing and enter the code in the box
- Click Subscribe

Transfer money
Transfer funds instantly between accounts at Ideal CU and at other financial institutions. Make one-time transfers on the spot, schedule them for a later time and/or set up recurring transfers so your money is always where you need it to be.
Pay bills
Pay bills virtually anywhere. Make one-time payments or set up scheduled and/or recurring payments to go whenever you need them to. You can also check your payment history, receive eBills and more.
Deposit checks anywhere - no need for a branch visit
- Deposit checks from anywhere using the Ideal Mobile Banking App
- Take a photo, select the account to deposit the funds in and click submit — EASY
- Funds deposited before 3:00 p.m. on business days are available that same day

Alerts
Receive customizable alerts via text, push and/or email based on what is important to you. Set alerts up for things such as direct deposit, low balance, transaction withdrawals and so much more.
Save & Budget
Savings Goals Tool
Create savings goals for the things you want most. Simply title your goal, enter how much it will cost and set a target date for when you want to make your purchase. Then, watch as your goal meter fills up over time!
Budget Tool
Create a budget to keep your spending in check and track it in real-time throughout the month. Review your spending each month to identify ways you can save more going forward.
NOTE: Savings Goals and Budgets must be set up using the desktop version of Ideal Digital Banking. Afterward you will be able to track your progress on both desktop and mobile.
External Accounts
Link your accounts at other financial institutions and manage it all in one place
View balances and transactions at your accounts held elsewhere using Ideal Digital Banking. To link accounts at other financial institutions:
On Desktop:
- Log in to Ideal Digital Banking.
- Go to settings.
- Select Accounts.
- Click Link an External Account.
On Mobile App:
- Log in to Ideal CU App
- In the bottom menu click on Transfers
- Click on Add Account
- Click on Add an account manually and follow the on-screen instructions to link your external accounts.
