VP of Marketing

Jane Hennen is Ideal Credit Union’s Vice President of Marketing, joining the Ideal team in 2010. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications from the University Of Minnesota-Duluth and has now worked in the Financial Services Industry for over 33 years. She is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the credit union’s marketing operations and strategic roadmap. She and her team work hard on the growth of personalized digital engagement to deliver a higher level of convenience to members and prospects. She oversees Business Intelligence and the Reporting areas. She collaborates with internal teams to enhance user experience and deliver measurable business results. Jane also loves spending time with her husband, two adult kids plus two shih-tzu dogs.

The Forbes rankings include all of America’s Best Credit Unions and provide the top rankings for each state. Ideal Credit Union was ranked first in Minnesota based on high marks in member surveys and reviews measuring member satisfaction.

Ideal Credit Union Marks Final Year of VIP+ Program with Member Payouts, Begins Transition to Ideal Advantage Program

(Woodbury, MN – January 24, 2023) – Ideal Credit Union is pleased to announce its VIP+ program has rewarded members with an annual dividend payout of $479,000 for 2022 earnings. This marks the final payment for the VIP+ program which has rewarded members with more than $5 million dollars in payouts since the program began.
