Ideal CU Promotes Faith Tholkes to VP of Mortgage Services

(Woodbury, MN – December 3, 2015) Ideal Credit Union has announced the promotion of Faith Tholkes to Vice President of Mortgage Services. Tholkes started her career with Ideal CU in 1996. She joined the mortgage department in 1998, where she quickly learned the real estate market and became committed to ensuring the credit union philosophy was upheld and sound mortgages were provided. She was promoted to Director of Mortgage Sales in 2013.

Ideal CU Breaks Ground on New Inver Grove Heights Location

(Woodbury, MN – September 23, 2015) – Ideal Credit Union held a ceremonial groundbreaking for its new Inver Grove Heights location on Wednesday, September 23, 2015. The ceremony took place at the site of the new office at 7791 Amana Trail, in the Argenta Hills development. Argenta Hills is a planned community consisting of 140 single family homes and over 370,000 square feet of retail space, located at the intersections of Highway 55 and South Robert Trail in Inver Grove Heights.

Ideal CU to hold Free Home Education Seminars this Fall

The first, a Home Selling seminar, set for Saturday, September 26 from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m., will guide attendees through the process of selling a home with confidence. Ideal CU Mortgage Loan Advisor Kathy Glashan, along with guest realtor Karen Stang of Carriage Realty and Beth Marlette of Adobe Home Staging & Design, will discuss the dos and don’ts of the home selling process, tips and tricks to optimize your profit and more.

Ideal CU Community Appreciation Event Another Huge Success

comm winner north(Woodbury, MN – August 27, 2015) – Last year’s Community Appreciation event was such a big hit, Ideal Credit Union did it again - five branches in five days from August 10 to 14, 2015. Members and the community were invited to stop by one or all five branches to enjoy a grilled hot dog and receive a free sample $1.00 bill from the vault, which would be the ticket to winning $1,000 in one of the credit union’s five daily drawings.
