Our Mission

The Ideal Credit Union Foundation is dedicated to improving lives and strengthening communities across Minnesota. Our mission is to strengthen our local communities by providing food security, promoting housing stability and supporting youth mental health.

Our Impact

Since 2005, the Foundation has proudly contributed thousands of dollars to organizations that uplift and empower our neighbors. Recent highlights include:

  • $13,000 donated to Sophie's Squad in support of youth mental health
  • $22,000 donated to Solid Ground to support families overcoming homelessness in Ramsey and Washington Counties
  • $44,000 in Community Impact Grants awarded to Valley Outreach and Solid Ground, in partnership with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines
  • Ongoing support for food shelves, youth programs, financial literacy initiatives and more
