Credit Card Management

You can monitor and track your Ideal CU Visa Credit Card transactions using Ideal Digital Banking.

On mobile:

1. Log into Ideal CU App
2. Click on Credit Card from list of accounts
3. Your transaction log will appear

If you would also like to see your monthly credit card statement, follow the desktop instructions below.

On desktop:

1. Log into Ideal Digital Banking on desktop
2. Click on Accounts in menu and select Credit Cards
3. Credit Card portal will open in new window
4. On the Account Home Page, hover over Statements & Activity and Select View Statements

You are able to block or unblock the use of your Ideal CU Visa Credit Card in the event that it is lost or stolen. Block & Unblock your card in minutes:

On mobile:

1. Log into Ideal CU App
2. Click on More
3. Click on Tools and select Card Management
4. Click on the card you wish to manage
5. From the options list, click Block / Unblock Card
6. Follow the onscreen prompts

On desktop:

1. Log into Ideal Online Banking
2. Click on Tools in the menu and select Card Management
3. Click on the card you wish to manage
4. From the options list, click Block / Unblock Card
5. Follow the onscreen prompts

Balance transfers allow you to transfer balances you may have elsewhere to your Ideal CU Visa Credit Card. This can help you pay off higher-rate debt elsewhere with Ideal CU's low credit card rates. You can easily request a balance transfer at any time within Ideal Digital Banking.

On mobile:

1. Log into Ideal CU App
2. Click on More
3. Click on Tools and select Card Management
4. Click on the card you wish to manage
5. From the options list, click on Balance Transfer
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request

On desktop:

1. Log into Ideal Digital Banking
2. Click on Tools in the menu and select Card Management
3. Click on the card you wish to manage
4. From the options list, click on Balance Transfer
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request
