Ideal Enhanced Digital Banking Now Available!

Ideal Credit Union is excited to announce enhanced Ideal Digital Banking is now available! Current users (members who have used any Ideal Online or Mobile service in the past) can now re-enroll to access the enhanced system. Re-enrollment is simple and quick. You can also watch the re-enrollment video guide below.

  1. Re-enroll in the enhanced Ideal Digital Banking (users who have used Ideal Online & Mobile Banking in the past).
  2. Download the enhanced Ideal Digital Banking App (must uninstall the old app first, then reinstall).

Re-enrollment Video Guide

Download the Ideal Digital Banking App

Once you have re-enrolled in the enhanced Ideal Digital Banking, you will be able to use the enhanced Ideal Digital Banking App.

  1. Uninstall any Ideal CU Mobile App if you have it installed.
  2. Reinstall the enhanced Ideal Digital App by searching "Ideal CU" in your device's app store.

Customize your account dashboard (your home page) with tools and features that are important to you. All your Ideal accounts can be managed under one UserName and profile, including joint accounts.

Customizable Notifications

Manage your account with alerts available by email, text or push notifications.

With the expanded multi-factor authentication, you no longer need security questions. Receive one-time security codes sent via email, text or voice.

Touch ID and Face Recognition

Touch ID and Face Recognition will be available for log in on compatible devices.
