Debit Card Alerts

Safeguard yourself against potential fraud and monitor your card purchases

Free Debit Card Alerts allow you to set up custom alerts to be sent to your mobile phone or email address. Turn this feature on within Ideal Digital Banking. To activate Debit Card Alerts, follow these steps:

On Desktop:

1. Log in to Ideal Digital Banking using desktop browser.
2. Go to Alerts in the Menu.
3. Select your checking account from the Accounts dropdown.
4. Turn toggle On for Debit Card Purchase Alert.
5. Enter a minimum purchase amount that will trigger an alert.
6. Select the deliver method: SMS (Text), Email or Push Notification.
7. Once your settings are configured, click Save.

On Mobile:

1. Log in to the Ideal Digital Banking App on your mobile device.
2. From the bottom menu, select More.
3. Select Alerts, then Accounts.
4. Select your checking account from the Accounts dropdown.
5. Turn toggle On for Debit Card Purchase Alert.
6. Enter a minimum purchase amount that will trigger an alert.
7. Select the deliver method: SMS (Text), Email or Push Notification.
8. Once your settings are configured, click Save.
