Mobile Banking App FAQs
What do I need to use the Ideal Digital Banking App?
Our digital banking app works on the following mobile operating systems:
- Apple (iOS): current and last two major versions
- Android: v8.0 and above
What is the Account Snapshot feature?
Account Snapshot allows you to view your accounts without logging in when you launch the Digital Banking app. To set-up Account Snapshot:

Select Settings from the Menu

Click on Snapshot

Click on toggle to enable
When you want to see your balances, tap the “Snapshot” on the app login screen – all without having to login to app.
Accounts Widget FAQs
What is the difference between my available balance and my current balance?
The available balance on the Accounts page reflects pending transactions and/or account holds while the current balance does not.
Transfers Widget FAQs
How an I make a transfer?
Click on Transfer & Pay from the menu and select Transfers
How do I set up a scheduled transfer?
Click on Transfer & Pay from the menu and select Transfers
Select a From and To Account, amount, date and frequency (one-time or recurring) Click Review Transfer and Click Submit Transfer
Can I view completed transfers?
Yes, you can view your transfer history by clicking on Transfer & Pay from the menu, select Transfers then Activity
Where can I view scheduled transfers?
Scheduled transfers can be viewed by clicking on Transfers from the Transfer & Pay menu and then selecting Scheduled.
How can I delete a recurring transfer?
Scheduled or recurring transfers can be deleted/edited from the “Scheduled” tab under the transfer section of Transfer & Pay menu. Click on ellipsis (3 dots) and select action from dropdown.
Settings FAQs
How do I find the Settings page?
Click the drop down to the right of your name and select Settings.
How do I manage my security settings?
Click the drop down to the right of your name and select Settings, then click on Security tab.
What can I do on the Settings page?
Within settings, you’ll be able to personalize the look and feel of your Digital Banking experience, including setting up account nicknames, Two factor authentication, contact information, and more.
Can I change my Username?
Yes! You can change your Username by going to the Settings page and selecting the Security tab.
How can I set up Alerts?
Alerts can be set up by clicking on Alerts in the menu bar.
Credit Card Management FAQs
How do I make a credit card payment?
To make a payment to your Ideal Credit Card:
- From the menu click on Dashboard
- Find your credit card and click on “Pay”
- On the Transfers page select the “from” account you want to pay from. Your credit card should automatically fill in for the transfer “to” account
- Enter amount, select frequency and date
- Click Review Transfer
- If all is correct, Click Submit Transfer
How do I get into my credit card account?
To access your credit card account where you can check transaction history, request a balance transfer, and more:
- Select the More Widget from your widget menu.
- Next select the Credit Cards Widget.
- You will be forwarded to Access Point.
NOTE: You will need to enter your card information one time. After that, this will automatically forward you to your credit card account.
Mortgage Management FAQs
How do I make a mortgage payment?
To make a payment to your Ideal CU Mortgage Loan:
- Click on Transfer & Pay from the menu and select Transfers
- Select an account to pay “From” and select your mortgage for the “To” account
- Select payment type: Regular, Amount due, Escrow or Principal only
- Choose date and frequency (one-time or recurring)
- Click Review Transfer and if everything looks correct Click Submit Transfer
Why can't I make a partial payment?
Partial payments are no longer accepted. You must now choose from Amount Due or Principal Only.
