Downloading Transaction Categories (Current Online Banking)

If you currently use Transaction Categories, perform a transaction download for your records prior to September 21st. You can reference these when you reset your Transaction Categories in the Enhanced Ideal Digital Banking once it is available on Tuesday, September 25th. Transaction Categories will not automatically carry over to the enhanced system.

  1. Log in to the current Ideal Online Banking.
  2. Click on your checking account.
  3. Above your list of transactions, click Download File. (See example below).
