(Woodbury, MN – August 21, 2023) – Ideal Credit Union is pleased to be honored for the first time as a Best Places to Work honoree by the Minneapolis – St. Paul Business Journal.

The Minneapolis – St. Paul Business Journal’s 25th Annual Best Places to Work program selected Ideal Credit Union in the large company category. Ideal Credit Union scored among the top ten large businesses selected. Ideal was also the highest-ranking credit union among the honorees.

The Minneapolis – St. Paul Business Journal profiled Ideal Credit Union in its special Best Places to Work edition. The feature highlights the people serving people philosophy that is the foundation for how Ideal Credit Union serves members, colleagues and the community.

Jane Hennen is Ideal Credit Union’s Vice President of Marketing, joining the Ideal team in 2010. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications from the University Of Minnesota-Duluth and has now worked in the Financial Services Industry for over 33 years. She is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the credit union’s marketing operations and strategic roadmap. She and her team work hard on the growth of personalized digital engagement to deliver a higher level of convenience to members and prospects. She oversees Business Intelligence and the Reporting areas. She collaborates with internal teams to enhance user experience and deliver measurable business results. Jane also loves spending time with her husband, two adult kids plus two shih-tzu dogs.
