(Woodbury, MN – May 4, 2020) Rachael Jones has been promoted to Branch Manager of Ideal Credit Union’s Hugo office. Jones will coordinate branch operations and take an active role in the Hugo community. Prior to her promotion, she served as a Member Service Representative at the credit union’s Woodbury office.
Jones joined the Ideal team in 2017 and has 3 years of experience in lending, cash services and member services. Ideal’s Hugo office is located at 14750 Victor Hugo Blvd. North, next to Kwik Trip.
Jones has an Associate of Arts degree in Century College in White Bear Lake, MN. She has been recognized as a top performer at Ideal and honored for her outstanding dedication and teamwork.
