Butler joined the Ideal team in 2000 and has served as a teller, Member Service Representative, Marketing Coordinator, eMarketing Specialist and Contact Center manager. Prior to her promotion she served as Director of Contact Center & E-Banking. Butler has 17 years of experience in the financial services industry.

The Butler family joined Ideal Credit Union 36 years ago in 1982. Their total VIP+ payout since 2013 is now over $2,450.
